SCOTT TOOBY

I am a sound artist and musician synthesizing sound, music, and technology to explore new avenues of sonic expression and story telling.

I am a graduate of the Digital Arts and New Media MFA program at the University of California Santa Cruz, where I conducted interdisciplinary research in the fields of interactive sound art, audio software development, robotic engineering, and soundscape ecology.

Previously, I received a BA in Music Composition at UC Santa Barbara, then lived in Los Angeles where I wore different hats as sound designer, composer, and audio editor in the film, game, and new media industries.
