I am a sound artist and musician who makes sound installations, digital art, electronic instruments, and music.
I like to combine sound, music, and technology to create new interfaces for sonic expression and tell stories that explore the wonders of the universe.
I am a graduate of the Digital Arts and New Media MFA program at UC Santa Cruz, where I was involved with interdisciplinary art-science and robotic engineering research.
Previously, I received a BA in Music Composition at UC Santa Barbara, then lived in Los Angeles where I wore different hats as sound designer, composer, and audio editor in the film, game, and new media industries.
Now I am based in Portland, Oregon, and when I'm not working on new projects, I whistle to the birds in the rain.
